Meet Our Staff
Katherine "KC"
FNP-CKC is a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over 25 years of experience in healthcare. She mostly oversees the infusions during the week, along with Darlene. Her office dachshunds, Bongo and Dash join her in the clinic most days. They are very friendly, but don’t worry we lock them up if dogs aren’t your thing.
She is an Army Nurse veteran, a Mom and a popcorn lover. She has lived in Hawaii and Washington DC, but loves her hometown of Albuquerque.
Fun fact – KC played on the All Army Volleyball Team.
Jacqueline "Jackie"
FNP-CJacqueline is a Family Nurse Practitioner with 21 years of healthcare experience. She has a background in primary care, neurology, and immunology infusions.Jackie is a New Mexico native. She has 3 grown kids and 5 grandkids. She loves to be outdoors, learn new things and wrestle with her grandkids.
Stephanie "Steph"
FNP-BCStephanie is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over nine years of experience in healthcare, bringing bilingual expertise to her practice. Her professional background spans emergency medicine, internal medicine, and primary care.
Born and raised in Mexico, Stephanie is fluent in Spanish and deeply connected to her cultural heritage.
A dedicated professional and family-oriented individual, Stephanie has been happily married for 12 years and is a proud mother of three children and one cherished fur baby. In her free time, she loves creating lasting memories with family and friends, exploring new destinations, and learning about different cultures.
Marina
Office ManagerMarina joined our clinic with 10 plus years of managerial experience in all different business environments. She brings a full forced dedication for all things patient needs. She was published for poetry in college, a huge Harry Potter fan, and loves football Sundays.
Victoria
MA & Front DeskVictora Valdo is our friendly face at the front desk. She attended the Sherman Indian High School in Riverside California and then went on to Pima medical institute where she graduated with honors and perfect attendance.
Victora is extremely organized which helps in raising her dinosaur loving three-year-old. In her free time, she loves to do make up and recreate looks, with her favorite makeup line, Jeffery Star Cosmetics.
Sarah
RNOur newest RN Sarah, moved to New Mexico 22 years ago from Arizona and has been a nurse for 28 years. Most of her was time spent in labor and delivery and a few years of home health. In addition to, Sarah is bilingual in Spanish and very artistic. With her extensive background in nursing, we are so lucky to have her on our team.
Darlene
RNDarlene is our primary infuser. She is a Registered Nurse and has a Masters in Nursing Case Management. She is originally from California. Her and her husband moved here 20years ago to start a dental practice. They have two teenage children. Darlene loves getting together with friends and traveling with her family.
Fun fact – She is fluent in Portuguese.
Jamie Lucero
C-FNPRead MoreJaime was born and raised in Albuquerque! A graduate of Valley High School, graduated with honors in the Valley Academy. Nursing was Jaime’s second career, she spent 11 years in the dental field, before finding her true calling! Jaime obtained her Associates Degree in Nursing from Carrington College in 2012, her Bachelor Degree in Nursing in 2014, and Master Degree in Nursing in 2019 both from Chamberlain College of Nursing.
As a Registered Nurse and Nurse Practitioner, Jaime practiced in Neonatal Intensive Care, Hospice, Palliative Care, Population Health, Transition of Care, Post-Acute and Longterm Primary and Urgent Care.
Jaime has experience caring for premature and sick newborns, children, adults, and the elderly. Jaime enjoys sharing her love of quality, exceptional patient care with nursing students. She volunteers her time as a guest lecturer for LPN students at the Career Enrichment Center with Albuquerque Public Schools. In her free time, Jaime enjoys fishing, camping, and boating with her family.
She has been married to her husband since 2005, together they have two amazing daughters, two Miniature Schnauzer’s, and one Sphinx Cat.
Fun fact – Jaime’s grandfather was a Family Physician, Mother is a Registered Nurse, and two of her three brothers are also Nurse Practitioners.
Mica
RNMica graduated from Nursing School at UNM in 2004. Although she is new to the Well Life/Injection and Infusion clinic, she has experience as a cardiac nurse, school nurse, and oncology nurse. She will continue to work at SW Women’s Oncology doing Chemo infusions as well as Well Life/Injections and Infusions.
She was born in Albuquerque but grew up in Rapid City SD. Her husband Ron is in Law Enforcement and they have 3 children. Mica is actively involved in the PTSA and Band Boosters at APS. She is also a dog lover and has been a foster parent for Animal Humane since 2018.
